Create thoughtful outreach based on the company’s real website, workflows, market, and operational needs.
Coordinate first conversations, local visits, follow-ups, and practical proposals with the Pinewell team.
Comfort talking with owners, operators, sales leaders, and plant managers.
Good judgment about where software, automation, infrastructure, or a better website can actually help.
Strong follow-through and a clear, direct communication style.
Experience in manufacturing sales, industrial business development, account management, operations, marketing, or customer discovery is helpful.
