Technical Account Engineer
This role helps customers get lasting value from Pinewell systems. You will understand the customer’s workflows, keep track of requests, support day-to-day issues, and help turn feedback into useful improvements.
Support customers after launch and help them use their systems with confidence.
Translate questions, bugs, workflow changes, and enhancement ideas into clear technical next steps.
Coordinate with engineering and operations teammates to keep improvements moving.
Clear communication, patient troubleshooting, and strong ownership of customer outcomes.
Enough technical fluency to understand data, software behavior, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
A steady habit of documenting details, following up, and closing loops.
Experience in technical support, customer success, implementation, account management, operations software, or industrial service work is helpful.
