Workflow Automation Engineer

Build the small but valuable systems that reduce office friction: RFQ intake, document processing, customer portals, dashboards, email routing, reporting, integrations, and AI-assisted internal tools.

1 :: What You Will Do

Build internal tools, automations, dashboards, integrations, and workflow helpers for industrial customers.

Connect forms, documents, email, APIs, databases, and AI-assisted processes into reliable operational systems.

Work closely with customer-facing teammates to turn process notes into working software.

2 :: What We Are Looking For

Strong software fundamentals and the ability to ship simple, maintainable systems.

Comfort working with APIs, data models, backend services, frontend interfaces, and operational edge cases.

A practical mindset: automation should reduce work, not create a fragile science project.

3 :: Useful Background

Experience with JavaScript, Node, React, databases, document processing, AI tooling, integration work, or operations software is helpful.
